Echoflex adds to their team

Echoflex Solutions, a manufacturer of advanced lighting control systems, expanded their sales team, promoting Jason Nabb to U.S. Sales Manager and hiring Gelareh Parandian as Senior Project manager. In his new position, Nabb will oversee the U.S. sales and operations of Echoflex. As Senior Project Manager, Parandian will work with the sales team to ensure every installation is planned correctly and installed smoothly.

“I’m excited to grow with Echoflex – and to help Echoflex grow,” says Nabb. Previously, Nabb worked as Echoflex’s U.S. Western Regional Manager. “With my team I look forward to letting people know about the innovative Echoflex technology and the incredible work we do for every customer.”

As Senior Project Manager Parandian will help and support the Sales and Marketing team by insuring all the projects sold meet and exceed customer expectations. With extensive experience in the commercial lighting controls market, Gelareh will also provide feedback on marketing initiatives and product development directions.

“I am happy to be a part of the Echoflex team and can’t wait to start making installations a reality,” Parandian says. Parandian comes to Echoflex with more than 10 years of experience in the lighting controls industry. Prior to Echoflex, she was involved with multiple product development teams as a project/program manager and a lighting controls expert, developing both lighting and HVAC control systems for commercial buildings.
